Refund Policy

Overview

I provide digital services, including custom WordPress website development and ongoing maintenance. This refund policy outlines how we handle payments, cancellations, and refunds for both one-time and subscription-based services.

One-Time Services (e.g., Website Builds, Custom Development)

You may request a refund within 10 days of your purchase only if the work has not yet started.

Once work has commenced, we cannot offer a full refund due to the time and planning already invested. Partial refunds may be considered based on how much of the project has been completed.

Subscription Services (e.g., Maintenance & Hosting Plans)

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:

  • The current month’s payment is non-refundable and will run its course.
  • You will not be billed again after cancellation.
  • Services will continue until the end of your paid billing period.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription fees that have already been processed
  • Completed design or development work
  • Downloadable or delivered digital assets
  • Time-based services already rendered (e.g., maintenance for the current month)

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or payment account
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment processor
  3. Contact your bank (some processing delays may occur)
