Getting started with your Maintenance plan

After signing up through our online order form for our WordPress Maintenance Service, I’ll reach out to onboard you. If you have an urgent issue that needs immediate attention, we’ll prioritize it right away. Otherwise, we’ll guide you through the system setup and ensure everything is properly configured.

I will require your current web hosting and WordPress admin logins. I can help you gather them if you do not know them. Alternatively you can put me in touch with your web developer or previous maintenance agency.

You can provide your logins through a secure online system e.g. pwpush.com. Content is encrypted prior to storage and is available to only those with the secret link. Please avoid sending passwords via email.

Yes, I take monthly, weekly or daily backups of your full site, depending on your plan. That means I can roll back sites as needed. On the Maintenance plans each backup is stored for 30 days.

Yes, There’s no limit to the number of tasks that can be requested. If multiple tasks are submitted for the same website, I may triage them to avoid overlap, prioritizing the most important ones first.

Absolutely! As long as the task falls within your current plan and can be completed within the scheduled timeframe, I’ll be happy to handle it.
If anything falls outside your plan, we’ll always give you a clear quote in advance — no hidden fees or surprises.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Speed or performance tweaks
  • Updating plugins or themes
  • Fixing layout or styling issues
  • Adding new content or pages (available on Growth Plan)
  • Troubleshooting errors or bugs
  • Setting up SEO plugins or contact forms

Most tasks are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on complexity and current queue.
Urgent issues (like site downtime) are treated as a priority.

There’s no minimum subscription period. Payments are made for each subscription period in advance and can be cancelled anytime before the next renewal date. Please note that I don’t offer refunds for early cancellations.
